Your camera stays on your device.
Cloud Claw uses your camera to recognize hand movements and control the game. The game does not record or upload your camera video, photos or hand landmarks. Camera frames are processed in your browser. Microphone access is not requested.
Names and scores
When you start ranked play, we save the display name you choose, your run, turn results, score and timestamps on our server. Completed runs appear on the public leaderboard. A generated nickname is provided; you can replace it with a name of up to 24 characters. Use a nickname if you do not want your own name displayed. Names are labels, not verified identities.
Every completed ranked run counts separately, including repeat plays. Runs started on the enrolled booth browser on 29 September 2026, Hanoi time, also appear on the event leaderboard. Scores are for fun and do not determine physical prize eligibility.
We also save a coarse device category (phone, tablet, desktop or unknown) with website runs to count activity by device. It is inferred from the browser header; the raw header is not stored with the run. This category is retained with the run and does not identify a person or prove location.
Gameplay diagnostics
When enabled, limited gameplay diagnostics help us understand errors, performance and confusing controls. Public feedback includes a selected category, not a typed comment. Public diagnostics exclude names, video, audio, hand landmarks and credentials. The page indicates when collection is off.
Diagnostics are retained for up to 30 days, with a bounded event count. Ranked names and scores are kept until removed by the operator; they do not use the diagnostics retention period. Server backups follow the operator's backup schedule.
Browser storage
A first-party cookie lets this browser access its own runs. Local browser storage holds pending results so a connection failure can be retried without scoring a turn twice. The booth browser uses a separate event cookie. These are not advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Clearing browser data can prevent recovery of unsaved scores and removes booth enrollment.
Optional booth follow-up
After a saved result, you may submit a private name and email or phone number to ask CoderPush to contact you about your result and a booth invitation. Playing does not require this. These details are linked to that result, are accessible only to booth hosts, and do not appear on the public leaderboard or in gameplay diagnostics. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing. The game records the request; it does not automatically send email or SMS.
Contact requests are removed from the active service after 30 days. Host downloads and service backups may retain copies; contact the CoderPush booth host to request removal or withdraw your follow-up request, using the contact detail you submitted and approximate play time.
Your choices
You control camera permission in your browser and can stop the camera in game settings or close the page. To request removal of a displayed name or score, contact the CoderPush booth host with the name, approximate play time and score. Do not send camera footage.
